Today is TEXAS TWO-STEP TUESDAY! Go VOTE!

Posted in endorsements with tags , , , , on March 4, 2008 by jess

Alright y’all. If you haven’t gotten to the polls during early voting, make sure you head over to vote TODAY before 7PM!

CAUCUS CAUCUS CAUCUS! Don’t forget to caucus for your candidate at 7:15 PM (at your polling location) – it’s VERY important that we all get out to caucus because the popular vote only grabs 65% of the delegates from TX- and an entire 35% of the delegates are from caucus members! It’s extremely easy to caucus for your candidate; if you’re not interested in staying the entire time to vote on resolutions/pick people to go to county convention- ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS SIGN YOUR NAME ON A PIECE OF PAPER for the candidate of your choice, and your vote will be counted. (Then you can leave, if you’d like to.) OBAMA NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT!

If you’re not sure where to vote/caucus, here is a list of the largest counties in Texas and their polling locations:

Travis County polling places

Harris County polling places

Dallas County polling places

Bexar County polling places

Tarrant County polling places

Collin County polling places

El Paso County polling places

If you need an endorsement list to vote, my previous post has a very thorough list of Harris and Travis County endorsements.

REMEMBER: Most importantly, Vote OBAMA for President, and Representative RICK NORIEGA for U.S. Senate.

———–

All other races did not have a dual endorsement from APC, including some of the Constable races, District Attorney, 98th District Court Judge, and Travis County Commissioner Precinct 3.

Neither APC nor University Democrats make a presidential endorsement, but if you want my two cents, I’m all for the candidate of change.

VOTE OBAMA!
